How long is a contract?

What is my earning potential?
You will earn 8% commission on all services.
On average doctors are making $800 and $1200 a week. This is an
average - there are physicians making more and less than this amount, but the
potential is certainly there. Back

What are the living quarters like?
As a Medi-Spa Physician, you are entitled to your own crew cabin. It may be
small and basic, but it will be your own. This is considered to be quite a
luxury, as a small percentage of the crew on board is given their own cabin. Back to top
How will I get paid?
You may be paid bi-weekly. You will need to take some cash, ATM
card/and or credit cards with you to carry you through the first month. You
will be paid in the US Dollars. Back to top
What am I responsible for as far as living expenses?
For all contracts your flights to and from the ship are covered. All your
food and accommodations are provided while on board. All printing,
promotional material, and practice equipment are covered as well. Once you
are on board, you will have few living expenses. Back to top
Do I have to have a medical before I get on
board?
Yes, you have to complete a medical prior to leaving for the ship. The
medical is a thorough exam that involves taking blood tests, urinalysis,
blood pressure, eye, hearing and lung function tests, and sometimes a chest
x-ray. The cruise lines must confirm that you are physically fit to work on
board. Please note that a drug test will also be conducted. Failure of the
medical or drug test will result in the termination of your contract. It is

How much notice will I get if I am hired?
The amount of notice you may get can vary. Positions are always coming up,
some sooner than others. Emergency positions do come up that may only leave
you with a few days notice. Back to top
Do I have to wear a uniform?
Uniforms are required during working hours. When you are working, yes. Business
casual attire with full-length lab coats will be required. It is your
responsibility to pay for the cost of your uniform. Back to

Can I get off the ship while in port?
Yes! When you have free time during the day you can get off the ship and do
what you please, providing that you are not scheduled to work and that you
are back on board by the required time. Back to top
Where do the cruises go?
The ships sail all over the world. Depending on the cruise line and the time
of year, the ships can be in the Caribbean, Europe, Alaska, Mexico, Bermuda,
and the list goes on and on. Back to top
Can I socialize with the passengers?
It is an integral part of your job, as you will be a public speaker for them,
and also their practitioner. It is important to note that fraternization with
passengers is cause for immediate dismissal. Back

Can I get mail?
Every ship has an address. You can get that information once you are on
board. There are plenty of options for emailing and phoning. There is usually
an Internet café for staff on board, and there are always phone-cards. You
will have access to crew calling centers at virtually every port. Back to top
Can I check my email while on board?
You can access the internet and make phone calls on the ship,
however, there is a fee for this.Crew
members can access the internet and phone for a discounted fee, however, it is more expensive than on land.
The best and most affordable option is to access the internet from
port from an internet café and to make calls while on land, in port. Back to top
Can I bring my family with me?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to bring your family with you. Back to top
Can you tell me more about the training?
The training is held in Miami, FL. You will learn the latest techniques of
BOTOX® Cosmetic and
dermal filler administration from Dr. Brad Herman, the program’s medical
director and board-certified plastic surgeon. You will also learn ways to
manage and market your practice on board the ship. You will be able to take
these skills with you in your future clinical practice. You will be required
to pay for your airfare and accommodations in Miami. We will provide you with

Do I need a special visa?
If you are not authorized to work in the USA, you will need to obtain a C1/D
visa. We will provide the required documentation and it is your
responsibility to obtain this visa. If you are authorized to work in the USA
(Citizen or Green Card Holder), you may need to obtain a visa depending on
the country where you will join the ship. The company will advise you on
