What is the job like? Meet Dr. Prasad, ECFMG-certified Medi-Spa Physician, NCL and Celebrity Cruise Lines.

What has been your best professional experience as a Medi-Spa Physician? My best professional experience as a Medi-Spa physician has been to experience the evolving field of medical tourism and be to able to incorporate the Medi-Spa clinic into a globally-recognized company has been a great opportunity. The picture became clear as to the potential of the Medi-Spa when it gained attention from CNBC, they did a segment on the Medi-Spa during the documentary and many of my friends and family responded by telling me that they saw me on TV.
What do you consider the best part of your job? The best part of my job is being able to work to build a new and impressive program like the Medi-Spa and look forward to watch it gain momentum and grow while making friends, traveling the world and getting paid.
What do you enjoy about ship life? Ship life is utopia-. There are 60-100 different nationalities and all of them have the same goals. Every one is civil with each other, everyone learns from one another overcoming cultural, religious and language barriers. The ability to be a an example for the world has made me feel proud.
What would you tell anyone considering a job as a Medi-Spa Physician? Its a chance of a life time. Its like taking a well deserved vacation after all the hard work we have put into Medicine, and getting paid for it.
